Plugging an electric car into an ordinary socket is not a lasting solution: charging takes hours at high current. A dedicated charger is faster and above all safer. Here is how a careful installation goes.
1. Assessing the installation
We check the available power, the condition of the panel, the presence of suitable protection and the cable route to the charger location.
2. Choosing the charger
The charger's power depends on your installation and your vehicle. A more powerful charger is only useful if the supply and the car can keep up.
3. The dedicated circuit
The charger is fed by a dedicated cable with its own protection. If the panel is too old or too heavily loaded, it is upgraded or replaced.
4. Mounting and commissioning
We mount the charger, connect the cable, test everything and explain how it works. A careful installation avoids nuisance tripping and ensures safe charging.
